  • Manage full cycle Technical Recruiting process ensuring a good candidate experience.
  • Partner with client site hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role.
  • Research talent market, develop and maintain the IT talent pipeline using tactical research methods, sourcing techniques and networking.
  • Review resumes, conduct technical interview with talent via phone, skype or in-person if applicable) to test their technical knowledge in IT specific to the job requirement.
  • Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
  • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
  • Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate all communication and interviews with candidates and maintain it using an Application Tracking System (,STS) or Customer Relations Management ICRM) tool.
  • Keep candidates and relevant SSIT team members continually informed throughout the hiring process.

  • Research the client using Information Technology resources and gather the information to help our company determine our position verses our competitors in the local market.
  • Research the talent market, competitive and local environment and their impact on all aspects. Prepare report of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex data into written text.
  • Collect and Analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets for IT professional services and key factors effecting IT services demand. Generate recurring Income for the company and Increase the value of business.
  • Devise procedures for collecting data, such as questionnaires, to get existing data regarding customers using 1T services, Staff Augmentation, IT projects, IT budgets with which is very significant in functioning of a company.
  • Evaluating all collected data from clients and IT skilled resources and helping sales staff to pitch for IT services.
  • Source, screen and facilitate IT specialized candidates thru a successful interviewing experience using related questions and collect the data to provide to the senior management.
  • Device a method to measure, evaluate to improve customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Build trusting working relationship with manager level customer contacts to ensure open dialogue and collect data regarding their project and initiative goals, assessing needs and bringing the appropriate resources into the discussion.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical teams, and interface closely with field sales to ensure coordinated and consistent messaging.
